  • Client – a leading automobile manufacturer serving the US, Europe, Asia and other prominent geographies
  • Wanted us to reach out to car owners to gain insight on parameters such as the following:
    • Brand presence and marketing communication
    • Customer expectations
    • Customer satisfaction before and after sales
  • Wanted the research results fast, before launching a new product
OUR APPROACH
  • Identified key factors impacting consumers’ purchasing decisions
  • Helped design the questionnaire based on findings from initial research
  • Surveyed car owners to assess awareness and factors affecting purchasing decisions
  • The 20-minute online survey was conducted in two phases:
    • Phase 1: N = 5,000 car owners per country before launch of client’s brand
    • Phase 2: N = 2,000 car owners per country who had purchased the client’s brand, to assess level of satisfaction with the purchase
  • The research covered nine leading automobile markets – the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, India, Singapore, China and the UAE
IMPACT DELIVERED
  • Completed fieldwork within the stipulated timelines so client obtained research results in time
  • Identified key drivers such as price, quality of service, customer support, accessories and fuel efficiency
  • Helped client fine-tune sales and marketing strategies for the new product
