Acuity Knowledge Partners retains Great Place to Work Certification

BANGALORE, India, 22 January 2023– Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity) has again been certified as a Great Place to Work® in India (for the period November 2022 to November 2023). The recognition comes as we reach our 20th anniversary, and this is the second consecutive year the firm has been certified.

Our company earned this recognition following a rigorous assessment conducted independently by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

The Great Place to Work® Institute is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, it has surveyed more than 100m employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace. Its employee survey platform empowers leaders with the feedback, real-time reporting and insights they need to make strategic people decisions. The Institute serves businesses, non-profit organisations and government agencies in more than 60 countries and has conducted pioneering research on the characteristics of great workplaces for over three decades.

“We are honoured to be Great Place to Work-Certified for the second consecutive year. Our people are our greatest asset, and being a great place to work, for us, means sustaining the passion and commitment among our team that delivers client excellence and drives our business forward,” said Robert King, Acuity’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

"Our end goal is to create a culture of inclusion, integrity and excellence where people –irrespective of their gender, race, religion, caste or affiliation – feel welcome. And this recognition reaffirms we are an employer of choice,” says Avadhesh Dixit, Acuity’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In India, the Institute partners annually with more than 1,100 organisations across 22+ sectors to help them build work cultures that promote trust and performance to deliver sustained business results. Hundreds of CEOs and C-suite executives in India are part of the Great Place community committed to making India a great place to work for all.

The Institute’s research shows that great workplaces are characterised by great leadership, consistent employee experience and sustainable financial performance. These organisations deliver a consistent experience to all their employees, irrespective of their role, gender, tenure or level. Their leaders believe in the vision of creating and sustaining a great place to work for all and in all leaders being role models.
