HR shortlists based on profile
The HR team scans multiple job openings at Acuity to find the right match for your friend.
HR starts the interview process
Depending on the role & skills required for a job opening, the HR will initiate the interview process for your buddy.
Selection & offer
If your buddy clears the interview and is selected for the role then the HR will make him/her an offer to join Acuity.
The 60-day rule
You will receive the referral reward after you join the company and the referred candidate (buddy) completes 60 days with Acuity
