  • To achieve this, the client wanted to understand key requirements in terms of products, processes and people, while improving operational efficiencies
  • A three- to five-year business plan with scenario analysis (covering the as-is state and the to-be state)
  • Conducted an in-depth study of the client’s documents to understand products, processes (sales, deployment, implementation and after-sales) and people (training) to determine alignment of the 3P framework with the cloud model
  • Made an onshore visit to interact with client teams, better understand processes and identify streamlining opportunities
  • Conducted interviews to understand cloud-industry best practices, for example, relating to solutions, processes, training needs, pricing and margins

  • Enabled the client to put together a plan to transform into a full-fledged cloud-based ERP solutions provider (to-be state)
  • Helped the client understand key gaps (on-premise vs cloud-based) in its products, processes and people, and provided solutions to address these gaps
  • Helped the client adopt industry best practices and streamline current processes, targeting to improve operational efficiencies by 20-25% from the as-is state
  • Identified key cloud-specific KPIs and benchmarks that need to be tracked to ensure a better cloud experience for customers
