CLIENT CHALLENGES
- The relationship started in May 2018. Currently 12 FTEs support the Investment Banking teams and 8 FTEs support the Investment Research teams
- Support to Investment Banking team on expense report creation, management and reporting, tracking of sales, trading and research budgets, monitoring of special analyst requests, and expense and invoice approval
- Coverage beyond normal working hours, covering EST and CST schedules

- Tracking of T&E budgets to help meet yearly goals and timely creation and approval of expense reports and invoices
- Creation of monthly spending reports for all analysts, with information on expense types, amounts and accounts covered, and validation of requests with representatives and various sources to ensure accuracy of data provided
- Review and approval of incoming expenses for expense reports and invoices and preparation of reports using data from system
