The client is a Technology focused advisory firm that has partnered with Acuity since 2018
The primary objective was to set up a team who could support the onshore junior banking team in the preparation of deal materials
The client faced the key challenges:
- Capacity of onshore analysts was tied up in repetitive tasks, with limited bandwidth for more client-facing tasks
- Regular attrition and high cost associated with junior in-house analysts, hence there was no quick access to a talent pool
- Need for DTP support to generate ideas for building marketing materials as well as visually appealing presentations
- Lacked expertise to format and standardize the presentations and documents consistent with the bank and client standards

Set up an offshore team with experience in the technology sector and a skill set matching the requirements of the client
Real-time presentations and graphics assistance on pitch decks and marketing materials
Extended the support to its global affiliates
Created standard methodologies to ensure consistent and quality output
Gradually broadened the scope of work to support on complex projects as well as mid office and admin tasks
Provided extended hours coverage from India with sufficient overlap between onshore – offshore team.

Strategic projects: Supported the Partners and business development team on strategic projects
Integrated model: Integrated IB + P&G support provides quicker turnaround on requests
Senior banker support: Directly worked with the senior bankers on several projects relieving the junior bankers
End-to-end support: Supporting deal origination, execution and marketing activities
Database maintenance: Taking ownership of regular work so that onshore bankers can focus on pitch work
Mid office support: Supporting the business development, legal, HR and Admin teams along with the IB team
