Acuity Knowledge Partners Wins Bronze at the 2025 People Matters Infini‑T Awards

Recognized for driving enterprise-wide HR transformation and enabling scalable workforce digitization

Bengaluru, India, August 29, 2025: Acuity Knowledge Partners has been awarded the Bronze in the “Infi in Change Management and Digital Transformation & Adoption” category at the 2025 People Matters Infini‑T Awards. This recognition celebrates organizations that have led enterprise-wide transformation by aligning people, process, and technology — empowering their workforce to embrace change with agility.

“We are proud to be recognized by People Matters, as this achievement reflects Acuity’s long-term vision for building a truly agile and future-ready organization,” said Narasimhan S L, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Acuity Knowledge Partners. “Our transformation journey is driven by a relentless focus on empowering our people, nurturing a culture of continuous learning, and equipping our teams to effectively leverage technology and lead in an evolving digital landscape. This award reinforces our commitment to harnessing innovation to shape the workforce of the future and we remain dedicated to setting new benchmarks in talent excellence and organizational growth. In addition, this recognition strengthens our promise to deliver an enhanced user experience for all our stakeholders—employees, managers, and HR users—by investing in intuitive digital solutions that simplify processes, improve collaboration, and personalize engagement at every touchpoint, helping our teams work smarter and thrive in dynamic environments.”

As Acuity expands its global footprint, its legacy HR systems required a unified, scalable solution to manage the employee lifecycle across geographies., The company embarked on a comprehensive HR digitization initiative, anchored by the Darwinbox platform, to drive efficiency, consistency, user and employee experiences.

By leveraging technology to being together component parts of the employee lifecycle, Acuity transitioned to a fully integrated, digital-first HR platform. This enabled automation of core workflows, a centralized self-service helpdesk, and standardized operations globally. As a result, HR teams were able to reduce manual effort and focus more strategically on employee engagement and people development.

This transformation delivered significant, measurable results.

  • Traditionally labor-intensive processes like time and attendance, employee confirmation, onboarding and off-boarding to name a few are ensuring timely execution of key actions such as confirmations and onboarding are now fully digital enabling Acuity to scale efficiently and in a streamlined manner.

  • These changes have had a significant impact on manager productivity and engagement levels.

  • Saved over 6,000 work hours annually by reducing manual workload and transactional tasks by 30%.

  • The integrated helpdesk improves employee support, with query resolution times being defined at less than 24 hours and query volumes stabilizing at just one ticket per employee per quarter.

These collective gains have positioned Acuity’s HR as a strategic and future-ready enabler for organization-wide growth.

The transformation was led by Acuity’s Global HR technology team in close partnership with the COEs and Darwinbox, enabling a smooth rollout from business requirement gathering to solution design to deployment and continuous improvement.

Looking ahead, Acuity plans to build on this momentum with upcoming digital initiatives including AI-powered chatbots, sentiment analysis tools, and advanced analytics dashboards for employees.
