Acuity Knowledge Partners Recognised as One of India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2025

Acuity honored for the third consecutive year, setting the benchmark for gender-inclusive workplace practices

Bengaluru, India, October 31, 2025 – Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity), a leading global provider of bespoke research, data management, analytics and AI solutions to the financial services sector, has been recognized as one of India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2025 (Large Category) by Great Place to Work® for the third consecutive year.

This prestigious recognition underscores Acuity’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment for women across all levels of the organization. Women employees now represent 38% of the workforce, up from 36%  in 2022, with increasing representation in leadership roles.

Great Place to Work® certification recognizes employers who have successfully created a gender-inclusive workplace through policies, practices, and initiatives that promote equity, safety, and professional growth, demonstrating a long-term and in-depth commitment to women’s empowerment. This prestigious recognition reinforces Acuity’s position as an employer of choice in the financial services sector, attracting and retaining top talent while delivering exceptional value to its global client base of over 500 financial services organizations.

Reflecting on the achievement, Robert King, Chief Executive Officer, Acuity Knowledge Partners said, “Inclusion is not just a value at Acuity, it’s a strategic advantage. We view diversity and inclusion as strategic strengths that fuel innovation, collaboration, and long-term success. This recognition reflects our continued commitment to building a culture where women are empowered to lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact, not just within our organization, but across the industry.”

Narasimhan SL, Chief Human Resources Officer, Acuity Knowledge Partners said, “This recognition validates our holistic approach to creating an environment where women don't just participate but truly excel. From our Women's Initiatives Network (WIN) to our Step-Up returnee internship program, we're constantly innovating to break barriers and create pathways for women's success. Our journey from 29% female representation in 2019 to almost 38% today, with 202  women in leadership roles compared to just 20 in 2018, demonstrates our commitment to meaningful change.”

Acuity fosters an empowering and inclusive culture through initiatives that foster women’s growth, well-being, and safety. Its Step-Up Women Returnee Program enables women professionals to rejoin the workforce after career breaks through a two-month paid internship combining training, mentorship, real-world projects, and networking. Complementing this are programmes like the RISE Mentorship Program, Project Velocity to nurture future women leaders, and the Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN) with 500+ members worldwide.

The company also runs a variety of initiatives, including self-defence workshops, women’s health and wellness sessions, financial literacy programmes, and cybersecurity awareness workshops, among others, to promote holistic development and inclusion at every level.
