Where the Smart Money Is Investing in CRE

Commercial Property Executive | December 21, 2023

Rajeev Hota, Associate Director, Lending Services, Acuity Knowledge Partners, speaks about the Federal Reserve should reverse course and strive toward reducing stress in the commercial real estate (CRE) market. He believes that the Fed can help to mitigate these challenges by slowing the pace of interest rate hikes and providing more support to the CRE market.

‘CRE investments are expected to recover starting in 2024, but the recovery will be slow due to the change in dynamics, including working from home and telecommuting.’ he adds.
