CLO managers facing headwind
Structured Credit Investor | July 18, 2023
Sharad Elhance, Associate Director, Acuity Knowledge Partners’ recently authored an article on the CLO managers facing challenges due to rising interest rates & deteriorating credit quality with Structured Credit Investor. He believes that CLOs are still a good investment, but that there is some risk in the middle market segment.
‘Structured credit investments which are just quite good in themselves do not pose a huge amount of risk this year, except maybe in the middle market segment where the risk is going to be relatively higher because of the distress.’, he adds.
