We are a year old today, and what a first year it’s been as Acuity Knowledge Partners! Not only have we had to face all the challenges that came with launching an independent company, separating from our former parent company, and establishing our new Acuity brand, but also deal with the unprecedented events caused by the global coronavirus pandemic.

Therefore, we should be even more proud of the achievements of our first year as Acuity—a year where we have focused all our efforts on delivering the best service possible. We have retained the vast majority of our customers, grew many of these relationships and added nearly 100 new customer institutions. We also reached the milestone of having over 3,000 employees across our global offices, and continue to nurture a diverse and inclusive culture.

While we are a year old as an independent company, our heritage is of 18 years, and we are proud of our journey and market position we hold in the knowledge services and financial technology industry.

I am glad to share that we are well positioned to achieve the goals we set at the start of this year, despite the many COVID-19-related challenges. We remain committed to serving our customers, innovating our offerings and improving as an employer for our staff.

I would like to thank all our staff and customers. We strive to be a great partner for both.
