He is leading multiple client engagements and an expert at setting up and fine-tuning processes, maintaining control over quality and timeliness of projects.

He joined Acuity in 2006 and his key focus areas include multiple accounts management, client relationship, providing oversight to the team's day-to-day operations, team staffing as well as training and development. He has extensive experience of working across multiple service lines and an expert at transitioning and implementing processes.
