About Yash
Yash has been working with Acuity Knowledge Partners’ Investment Banking teams for more than 16 years now. He has been involved in setting up and on-boarding new teams for various mid-size to boutique investment banking clients. He is responsible for transitioning and implementing various processes and is also actively involved in managing client engagements, setting up of methodologies and new templates, team staffing and workflow management, as well as training and development of team members.
He provides oversight to the delivery teams across investment banking domains including M&A, Industries, Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Syndications and Business Information Services. Also, he has exposure to a range of sectors including FIG, TMT, Fintech, Consumer, Real Estate and Industrials. He is also actively involved in investment banking automation initiatives to bring regular productivity improvements to clients.
