About Aarjabh
Aarjabh has been with Acuity since 2012 and currently manages the real-time operations of various banking engagements from our Costa Rica office.
He is responsible for maintaining governance of accounts and provide oversight to various teams providing real-time support to North American banks.
His responsibilities include onboarding teams and run them through steady state, setting up of methodologies, manage workflow, and engage in hiring and guiding team members.
Engaged in in identifying and improving efficiencies and productivity of teams, while providing training to leads on handling complex and value-added analysis.
Has extensive experience across the investment banking vertical and banking operations support services, as he is currently managing real-time and near-shore operations on behalf of various banking clients.
Aarjabh holds a Bachelor in Economics degree from Jadavpur University, India and a Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Essex, UK.
