Rajni brings over 10 years of expertise in Commercial Mortgage Loan Sizing, with a specialization in analyzing borrowers’ financial statements and rent rolls. She has been associated with Acuity for more than three years supporting CRE asset management clients. Prior to joining Acuity, Rajni was part of a real estate servicing firm, where she worked on rating and valuation within the RE Mortgage Team. She holds a master’s degree in finance.
