Rajan Kumar is responsible for working on end-to-end Equity Capital Markets (ECM) projects, quality reviews, and client interaction. His responsibilities also include executing a wide range of ECM analysis covering support during deal origination and execution stages.
Prior to joining Acuity Knowledge Partners, Rajan worked with the Investment Banking team at HSBC and JP Morgan Services. He holds am MBA (Finance) from BITS Pilani and an Electrical Engineering degree from Bhagalpur College of Engineering.
