Since joining the Sales team in 2021, I have managed a portfolio of 27 clients. While closely observing their challenges, I identified a critical need to enhance our technology’s security to improve respondent quality. Motivated by this insight, I collaborated with our tech team to evolve our security framework. As a result, we became the first in the industry to implement a unique voice-to-transcript security feature. This innovation significantly strengthened our quality assurance measures and enabled me to confidently address client concerns regarding data integrity and reliability.
