The global financial outlook for 2025 suggests a year of gradual stabilisation and moderate growth, driven by easing inflationary pressures and a more accommodative stance from central banks, including potential rate cuts by the Federal Reserve and other major institutions.

Trump’s re-election presents a multifaceted landscape for markets and asset classes. His pro-business policies and deregulation efforts are expected to benefit equities, while potential trade tensions could introduce significant volatility.

Europe is likely to experience moderate growth, supported by easing inflation and potential monetary policy adjustments by the European Central Bank (ECB) and emerging markets, particularly in Asia, are poised to lead global growth, supported by strong consumer demand and investment in technology and infrastructure.

As we look ahead to 2025, we anticipate a year filled with growth opportunities, particularly in innovation-driven sectors. However, we must also remain vigilant of the ongoing risks tied to economic and geopolitical uncertainties. Our year-end special edition captures the leading trends and forecasts across Banking, Asset Management, Private Markets, and Consulting services.
