Most recently, she led Global Marketing for Manulife Asset Management. She is recognized for building, transforming, and promoting leading financial services brands, including Manulife, HSBC, and Merrill Lynch. Her deep financial, capital, and regulatory expertise creates informed strategy, strong execution, and measurable results. Laurie earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. Her volunteer work includes the Canadian Marketing Association and the United Way of Toronto; she is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators.

Karthik directs strategic client partnerships for outsourced research, analytics, fund marketing, risk, compliance, technology and AI for banks, insurance providers, asset managers and multi-strategy hedge funds. In his previous role at Moody’s, Karthik set up and managed operations of multiple offshore delivery teams across India, Sri Lanka, and Costa Rica. Prior to joining Moody’s, Karthik has served in various consulting engagements in financial services and technology at Morgan Stanley, American Express, and Infosys Technologies. He has a PhD (ABD) in Finance from Michigan State University, an MBA from Indian School of Business, and a Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
