Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • At least 2-5 years of experience in research & consulting industry, with focus on Metal & Mining or Basic Materials Sector

    • Extensive knowledge of various process control systems & sensors

    • B.Tech / M.Tech or similar in Mining or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering

    • Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management

    • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

    • Strong analytical & problem solving skills


Responsibilities

      Project Management:

    • Understand client requirement, scope projects, manage end-to-end execution and delivery (work allocation, research, analysis, quality control, delivery)

    • Translate client objectives into clear deliverables with associated priorities and constraints

    • Experienced in all types of secondary research especially around metal & mining industry including process identification, competitive intelligence, key trends and drivers, materials evolution & benchmarking, end use analysis, etc.

    • Demonstrate solution oriented approach and provide rich insights on projects

    • Handle multiple work streams, as required

    • Take complete ownership of all quality related aspects

      People Management

    • Lead projects independently and guide a team of analysts and associates in daily tasks to ensure that the work is on course to meet clients’ objectives

      Client Management:

    • Manage and maintain client relationships – would include regular interaction with client(s) to strengthen the relationship and identify opportunities to act as a solutions provider
