Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • MBA/ CFA/ CA or Post Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification

    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

    • Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to create and deliver professional product ideas and presentations.

    • Expertise in financial analysis including operational / financial benchmarking, trading/ transaction comparable, valuation models etc.

    • Strong interpersonal skills used within a team environment and in client interaction

    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly; work under limited supervision.

    • Proficiency on universal resources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson, Merger Market and other market data sources

    • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, flexibility during earnings season

    • Team players who must show the willingness to work with cross functional teams across many time zones

    • Knowledge of and experience of working in investment banking industry with a focus on Metal & Mining Industry

    • Preparing summary and detailed reports/presentations on Industry/Metals describing Future Price Outlook, Demand & Supply drivers, and other ad-hoc presentation

    • Preparing Company Profiles / Mining Assets (Short, Detailed etc)

    • Other projects, including:

      • Trading / Transaction Comps

      • Financial / Operational Benchmarking

      • Financial Modelling and Various Valuation Techniques

      • Industry overview

      • M&A Deal and Target Opportunity Screening

      • M&A case studies

      • Pitch books

      • Market and Industry Studies including Macro Economic Overview

      • Other Ad hoc Research
