Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
A graduate in IT, Digital marketing or a related field; knowledge in capital markets, funds and asset management will be an advantage
Over 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Skilled in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns
Experience in working with CMSs (Sitecore), marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics), document repositories and CRMs
Experience in providing solutions to improve data visualization using third-party reporting tools, such as Tableau and PowerBI
Excellent command of English (spoken and written), with absolute attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines
Solution-oriented and ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team
Responsibilities

Identify client objectives and advise on suitable measurement and lead-scoring strategies

Research on and optimize processes involving marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua), content management system (Sitecore), analytics platform (Adobe Analytics), document repository (Seismic), CRM (Salesforce) and other platforms, such as On24, Brightcove and Cvent

Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs

Analyse the effects of different online and offline channels and introduce strategies to improve growth

Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys to come up with a lead-scoring model

Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns

Provide consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
