Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • A graduate in computer science; a certification in Salesforce will be an added advantage

    • Minimum five years’ experience in using Salesforce Sales Cloud as a developer and an administrator

    • Proficiency in Sales Service and Marketing Cloud

    • Extensive experience in creating Apex classes, triggers and integrations

    • Experience in data migration using import wizard, workbench and other integration tools such as Apex data loader

    • Working knowledge in SOQL and SOSL queries, Eloqua, Sitecore and Seismic

    • Strong command in English language (spoken and written) with high attention to detail

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines

    • Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management will be an advantage


Responsibilities
    • Design and implement Salesforce integration architecture for data and process integration with other non-Salesforce systems (e.g., Oracle Eloqua, Seismic, Sitecore, etc.)

    • Own the Salesforce environment and serve as the primary Salesforce Developer and Administrator

    • Act as the main point of contact for all internal Salesforce enquiries

    • Design and implement Salesforce integration architectures for data and process integration with other non-Salesforce systems

    • Design and develop solutions, primarily on the Force.com platform, using lightning component API, Apex and Visualforce

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and SFDC architects to understand and support integration requirements

    • Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com, the API framework and third-party APIs

    • Improve architecture and optimise performance of complex software systems

    • Develop and maintain the campaign management workflow, reports and dashboards

    • Operate, support and improve tools for continuous integration, automation and release management

    • Review automation requests and fulfil with appropriate solutions (workflow rule, trigger, process builder, etc.)

    • Review and test App Exchange or other SFDC-integrated solutions (sales enablement, eMarketing solutions, etc.)

    • Review and maintain data flow with other SFDC integration systems, including Eloqua, Sitecore and Seismic

    • Develop new functional modules, such as custom objects and corresponding LX pages
