Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business CFA Level I, II, or III

    • Exceptional writing, speaking, proof-reading, and organizational skills

    • Familiarity with asset management industry and functions

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications

    • High-level of comfort in dealing with all levels of Sr. Management

    • 1-3 years’ experience within the asset management industry is preferred; Existing knowledge or interest in asset management industry and familiarity with industry jargon

    • Strong work ethics, commitment to excel and proven ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.

    • Strong team-player with the ability to work independently

    • Ability to work on several tasks while adhering to strict deadlines

    • Prior RFP experience within the asset management industry / Mutual Funds would be a plus

    • As an RFP Writer you will be responsible for preparing proposals and other documents for our asset management clients on their investment products and services.

    • Responds to request for proposals and due diligence questionnaires for Mutual Funds and Separately Managed Accounts across Active and Passive asset class

    • Works to project manage RFP / RFI / DDQ questionnaires to ensure timely submission

    • Draft new content with information available and / or by collaborating with various subject matter experts within the client team

    • Liaise with Sales, Product Specialists, Legal, Compliance and other relevant departments to collate required information

    • Contribute to the maintenance of content database by updating the tool with accurate information

    • Assist with quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc data requests
