Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar career.

    • English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.

    • Comfortable in handling systems and reporting.

    • 1 to 2 years’ experience in creative workflow coordination, project trafficking, project management, or administrative roles.

    • High attention to detail

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Organization skills

    • Experience in a professional services environment preferred

    • Knowledge of graphic design and design studio workflow processes is a plus

    • Knowledge of project management tools and workflow tools is a plus


Responsibilities
    • Assess all incoming project requests and appropriately distribute

    • Assign projects to designers based on skill sets, timing and workload

    • Schedule and coordinate incoming projects

    • Look for and define project, timing, request trends within Visual Services team

    • Maintain Visual Services project management tools, pulling data and providing detailed reports

    • Reprioritize workflow, finding appropriate additional design resources

    • Establish workflow consistency and workload balance across Visual Services

    • Participate in client calls and meetings

    • Support simultaneous projects and tasks effectively

    • Performing other duties as assigned or required
