Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar career.
English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
Comfortable in handling systems and reporting.
1 to 2 years’ experience in creative workflow coordination, project trafficking, project management, or administrative roles.
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a professional services environment preferred
Knowledge of graphic design and design studio workflow processes is a plus
Knowledge of project management tools and workflow tools is a plus
Assess all incoming project requests and appropriately distribute
Assign projects to designers based on skill sets, timing and workload
Schedule and coordinate incoming projects
Look for and define project, timing, request trends within Visual Services team
Maintain Visual Services project management tools, pulling data and providing detailed reports
Reprioritize workflow, finding appropriate additional design resources
Establish workflow consistency and workload balance across Visual Services
Participate in client calls and meetings
Support simultaneous projects and tasks effectively
Performing other duties as assigned or required
