Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • Undergraduate degree (Bachelors) in business related discipline required

    • Extensive Product Management experience, preferably gained in the Financial Services environment

    • Significant experience in Product Development, marketing or strategic planning including Software As A Service based models

    • Thorough understanding of Lean Product Development and Agile Software Development principles

    • Demonstrable experience of leadership and development

    • Proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

    • Experience in managing a team and driving change

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills

    • Highly organised with excellent time management skills

    • Minimum 8 years of experience


Responsibilities
    • This leadership role reporting to the Chief Digital Officer David Fellows, oversees the Acuity Knowledge Partners Digital Service Product Community. Its function is to ensure that new Digital Product ideas are successfully planned and realized in the market place.

    • We are looking for someone with significant Digital Product Management experience and a proven record of accomplishment of success of launching new products, preferably within the Financial Services industry.

    • This role spans multiple functions and stakeholders. Candidates will be required to demonstrate the ability to translate complex business issues and customer needs into intuitive technology solutions, and vice versa.

    • This role works with a team of Product Management professionals and includes the following responsibilities:

    • Validation of potential commercial success through market research

      • Product Positioning

      • Product Branding

      • Competitive Differentiation

      • Customer Communications and Customer Experience

      • Customer Research

    • Definition of go to market strategy

      • Pricing and subscription strategy

      • Promotion & Advertising strategy

      • Sales & Distribution Strategy

      • Sales Support

    • Product Strategy & Product Development

      • Developing and defining Product Vision

      • Product Planning

      • Product Verification Testing and Experimentation

      • Product Development within our Agile
        Development Process

      • Product Launch co-ordination

      • Post Launch Customer support experience

      • Continuous success evaluation through metrics and analytics
