Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, graphic design, project management, PMP or related preferred

    • 3 years’ experience in creative workflow coordination, project trafficking, project management

    • Experience in a professional services environment preferred

    • Deep knowledge of graphic design and design studio workflow processes

    • Advanced workflow management skills

    • Significant creative brief experience

    • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and creative workflow

    • Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and backgrounds

    • Ability to work independently and prioritize under narrow time limitations and/or with interruptions

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas

    • Handle stressful situations with poise, understanding and tact

    • Exceptional attention to detail


Responsibilities
    • Assess all incoming project requests and appropriately distribute

    • Assign projects to designers based on skill sets, timing and workload

    • Schedule and coordinate incoming projects

    • Host creative briefs that capture the business challenge

    • Vet project scope, scale, resource requirements

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Visual Services Department Managers

    • Assertively negotiate deadlines, OT requests and special requests, escalating to Visual Services Department Managers when appropriate

    • Look for and define project, timing, request trends within Visual Services team

    • Communicate effectively and consistently with stakeholders on project development

    • Stay on top of industry trends and forecast, bringing innovate experiences

    • Maintain Visual Services project management tools, pulling data and providing detailed reports

    • Reprioritize workflow, finding appropriate additional design resources

    • Establish workflow consistency and workload balance across Visual Services

    • Participate in client calls and meetings

    • Support simultaneous projects and tasks effectively

    • Performing other duties as assigned or required
