Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or current student of Business Administration, Economics, or a similar major.
Oral and written knowledge of English at a fluid level.
Preferred experience in coordination and other administrative activities preferred with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong good customer service background
Ability to manage customer/stakeholder expectations
High attention to detail
Well-developed communications skills; written and oral fluency in English
Solid problem-solving orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced, team and customer-oriented environment
Responsibilities

Manage the request intake from the system in a timely manner.

Coordinate, assign requests accordingly to the entire assigned team; handle and create follow-up requests and time extensions needed by this team

Liaise with onshore team/client for any internal support required on requests

Track case codes and follow-up with requestors when codes are missing

Making sure that request capacity is filled for all off-shore researchers.
